Important Dates 2025

1:00pm Presenter check-in begins

1pm, CSE Building Lobby. Pick up name tags and poster location, and find your poster board in CSE 1242.

1:45pm Doors open

All attendees are invited to check in at CSE Building Lobby and then make your way to CSE 1242.

2:00pm-2:05pm Opening remarks

2:05pm-2:40pm Poster Session 1

2:45pm-3:20pm Poster Session 2

3:25pm-3:30pm Award ceremony and Closing remarks

Twelfth annual poster session: Poster session held on UC San Diego campus in September or October each year.
Approximately 50 student presenters: Each presenter worked in a full-time, 8+ week Computer Science and Engineering internship over the summer.
Awards presented: Awards recognize outstanding presentations on Technical Skills, Personal and Professional Development, and Ethics and Society.
